A Diverse Agency is a London-based hybrid creative agency delivering productions, events and live experiences from start to finish.

We produce visual content, create events, and provide handpicked talent and trusted crew through our own database. For every project, we carefully select the right people from casting to crew to ensure each production is built with the right team.

Founded by a multinational creative producer, we work locally and globally, operating through a strong hybrid and remote working model that allows us to collaborate across borders.

Everything we do is people-led and collaborative a collective that cares about meaningfully crafted work shaped by diversity as our natural signature.

FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Ceren, founder of
A Diverse Agency.

I founded the agency four years ago out of necessity, first for myself and close friends working in the industry, and over time it grew into a passion and a purpose.

I’m Turkish - Belgian and a true Londoner by heart. My multilingual and multinational background combined with a multidisciplinary career both in front of and behind the camera has made diversity a natural part of my life and work. I’ve worked as an actor, presenter and performer, and later moved into production management, creative producing and producing. Experiencing the industry for 15 years from multiple perspectives taught me how important it is to bring the right people together.

I believe great work happens when different skills, voices and creative minds meet.

I created A Diverse Agency to give space to that way of working: collaborative, people-led and thoughtful. I work with high-end brands, startups and independent projects alike, treating every client and production with the same
care and attention.
